📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team delivering data products, ETLs, Python automations, dashboards, and reporting solutions. • Set technical direction across data ingestion, transformation, automation, and visualization. • Contribute hands-on to architecture, design reviews, and critical-path Python/ETL/dashboard development. • Own operational outcomes including data quality, reliability, performance, and dashboard availability. • Partner with TORC leaders, Digital Product Managers, and stakeholders to align on data needs and delivery priorities. • Drive modern data engineering practices including CI/CD, automated validation, monitoring, and reusable data patterns. • Translate risk and compliance needs into scalable data models, workflows, and insight-driven solutions. • Enable strong agile execution focused on measurable outcomes and business value. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, data accessibility, and trusted reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience with hands-on Python and data product delivery. • 2+ years leading engineers with technical oversight (architecture, code reviews, delivery coaching). • Experience building and operating scalable data pipelines, ETLs, and analytical/reporting systems. • Strong experience with data modeling, APIs, backend integrations, and data quality practices. • Knowledge of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, observability, automation). • Experience delivering dashboards and translating complex data into actionable insights. • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional stakeholders.
