📋 Description

• Work closely with experienced Sales Engineers and Service Account Managers, receiving hands-on mentorship. • Learn every aspect of project development from customer site visits and estimating to equipment selection, proposal development, and construction planning. • Collaborate with engineering, construction, and service personnel. • Perform engineering and estimating in an office environment. • Conduct customer facility visits and equipment inspections. • Participate in jobsite walkthroughs. • Travel regionally throughout the southeastern United States.

🎯 Requirements

• Industrial refrigeration service • Mechanical contracting • Construction management • Project engineering • Mechanical engineering • Industrial maintenance • Process piping • Equipment installation • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required. • Industrial refrigeration experience is highly desirable. • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. • Ability to read or willingness to learn P&IDs, mechanical drawings, and equipment submittals. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, estimating software, or ERP systems is a plus. • Ability and willingness to travel throughout assigned territories.
