📋 Description

• Execute and deliver acquisition, zoning and permitting, and construction management for assigned projects within the defined area • Oversee services revenue and projects across the assigned business line and geographical area • Act as the escalation point for mitigating and resolving issues across the collocation process • Perform deployment forecasting, workload analyses, and resource demand planning • Allocate external and internal resources based on work volume fluctuations • Implement onboarding and training plans • Identify and vet vendors; support negotiations, training, onboarding, work allocation, performance reviews, and procure-to-pay activities • Own deployment data integrity, accuracy, and forecast adherence • Manage site acquisitions, due diligence, architectural/engineering services, zoning, permitting, project management, construction, deployment meetings, reporting, and closeout packages • Identify and resolve project delays with internal and external customers using aging, gap analyses, cycle-time metrics, lease fees, working capital, and invoicing data • Recruit, manage performance, and support career development for Services Senior Project Managers, Senior Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Construction Managers • Cultivate a collaborative team dynamic and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Planning, Engineering, Real Estate or Construction Management, or equivalent work experience required • Eight years of experience managing wireless network deployments required • Direct expertise in site acquisition, construction management, and commissioning and integration preferred • Previous supervisory experience preferred • Experience leading wireless carrier deployments and broad knowledge of the turnkey services process • Strong understanding of customer systems, processes, project volume, and operational-area expectations • Expertise managing wireless site development professionals through network deployment projects • Ability to influence and drive change, maintain customer relationships, and establish a positive culture • Approximately 40% travel may be required • Strong organization, planning, customer-facing communication, and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively with different functional groups and employee levels • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive and motivate teams, leverage data, and engage customers at all levels
