📋 Description

• Support access strategy and launch execution across approved indications and the evolving pipeline • Become subject matter expert for selected indications in launch phase and potential indication expansion opportunities • Lead indication-specific Value, Access and Pricing assessments • Serve as the Global Access strategy point of contact within indication-specific global cross-functional working groups • Assess payer needs, competitor pricing, and evolving policies across the US and priority ELMAC markets • Translate market implications into actionable recommendations for Value & Access strategy • Partner with Marketing, Health Economics, Medical, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Operational Pricing, Forecasting, Advocacy, and country and regional access teams • Shape evidence needs and country access plans • Inform the clinical development plan, early Target Product Profile, launch strategy and forecasts • Contribute to the Global Brand Plan and forecasting guidance • Lead payer research execution with Global Insights teams • Manage external vendor work as needed • Create Global Value & Access materials, including early value stories and objection handlers • Present work regularly and help organize team meetings • Support Access Best Practice Sharing sessions and calls with local access teams • Independently lead assigned workstreams from strategy through execution

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of payer, market access and/or analytics experience • OR Master’s degree and 6 years of payer, market access and/or analytics experience • OR Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of payer, market access and/or analytics experience • OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of payer, market access and/or analytics experience • OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of payer, market access and/or analytics experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources • Direct market access, health economics or pricing experience • Strong understanding of the US and global payer environment • Experience developing value, access and pricing assessments and materials for specialty or rare-disease medicines for top markets • Ability to assess payer needs, market dynamics, and competitors and translate insights into recommendations • Ability to interpret clinical and health economic evidence, identify evidence gaps, and shape value propositions and payer research • Experience working in cross-functional teams and partnering with Medical, Health Economics, Marketing, Regulatory, and country access teams • Experience conducting payer research and managing external vendors • Strong communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, navigate ambiguity and deliver high-quality results • Sponsorship for this role is not guaranteed
