📋 Description

• Serve as a thought partner on HR innovation, digital HR trends, service delivery models, and the future of work • Shape and prioritize transformation roadmaps by connecting operational, analytics, and talent implications • Recommend modernization, simplification, and automation opportunities, including AI and digital solutions • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-year global HR transformation projects • Advise senior HR and business leaders on transformation progress, risks, and strategic implications • Manage project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics • Oversee complex workstreams spanning multiple functions, geographies, and stakeholder groups • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management practices • Establish project governance frameworks, steering committees, status reports, and performance metrics • Facilitate cross-functional workshops, design sessions, and retrospectives • Partner with Change Management on communications, training, readiness, and adoption plans • Lead and mentor project team members and workstream leads • Embed KPIs, dashboards, and measurement frameworks into transformation initiatives • Present data-driven updates to executive stakeholders and governance bodies • Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience; OR Master’s degree and 4 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience; OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience; OR High school diploma/GED and 12 years of degree and 6 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience • 5+ years of project manager experience supporting a multinational organization • Experience consulting in HR transformation, AI-first digital transformations, operating model design, or process optimization for large and/or global enterprises • Familiarity with Smartsheet, MS Project, or other project management tools designed to plan, track, and organize global projects • Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities with minimal direction in a rapidly changing and demanding environment • Workshop facilitation and training development experience • Understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies • Intellectual curiosity and ability to question thought partners • Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization and influence others toward consensus • Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Orgvue, and Visier
