📋 Description

• Provide independent, day-to-day HR partnership to assigned managers and employees • Understand client-group business priorities, workforce needs, organizational context, and culture • Coach managers on performance, feedback, talent matters, goal setting, documentation, corrective action, PIPs, talent development, and succession planning • Identify themes and trends across employee relations, exit feedback, engagement signals, workforce data, and people metrics • Develop recommendations and communicate narratives to Senior HRBPs and the broader People team • Contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of People programs, processes, policies, and manager resources • Support diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility goals • Manage routine to moderately complex employee relations matters from intake through resolution • Conduct or support investigations, maintain documentation, assess risk, and recommend resolutions • Advise and coordinate employee lifecycle actions including job changes, promotions, transfers, reorganizations, leaves, accommodations, and terminations • Support organizational change initiatives and execute communication and transition plans • Support organizational and team effectiveness initiatives • Support performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning, and promotions • Guide managers on staffing, headcount, and compensation practices in coordination with partner teams • Report to a Senior HR Business Partner and escalate complex or high-impact matters as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or comparable role • Ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and operate effectively amid ambiguity and changing business needs • Willingness and courage to challenge senior leaders and push back constructively • Experience independently advising managers on employee relations, performance management, employee lifecycle processes, and employee relations investigations • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance principles, including applying HR policies across multiple states • Business acumen and ability to connect organizational goals, workforce needs, and business performance to people decisions • Ability to build trusted relationships with managers, leaders, and employees at all organizational levels • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee and business information • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and standard business tools • Workday, Culture Amp, and Ashby ATS preferred • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Product, or other revenue-generating or product-focused groups preferred • Experience supporting a Senior HR Business Partner or HRBP team in a collaborative, matrixed organization preferred • Experience working in a remote-first or geographically distributed company preferred • HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent preferred • Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Background check required if selected for employment
