• Build relationships with specialized real estate structured finance/ debt and equity brokers. • Drive the company’s Indirect/ Broker Loan Originations Sales Channel expansion. • Establish and nurture relationships with brokers to support capital needs. • Meet specific loan production goals through ongoing business relationships. • Represent Anchor Loans at key industry events and grow your book of business. • Consistently exceed individual sales targets by leveraging Anchor Loans comprehensive product suite. • Monitor pipeline reports and act to alleviate any potential problems.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in business purpose or small balance commercial lending. • Self-starter, and ability to prioritize workload and manage time in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail. • Ability to work as a dependable teammate in a fast-paced start-up environment. • Experience with CRM, a must. • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
