📋 Description

• Design, improve, and maintain the core package set supporting software distribution throughout Anduril • Create internal tooling and establish Nix usage standards • Plan architectural changes and support users of the package set • Maintain an internal package set for software distribution across development, hosted services, and embedded devices • Package open-source and proprietary software components using Nix • Improve developer ergonomics by integrating Nix tooling with developer workflows • Provide assistance, training, and mentorship to team members • Operate autonomously in a complex environment and break down intricate problems into simple solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency with Nix, Nixpkgs, NixOS, and functional programming generally • Deep understanding of build systems and packaging ecosystems • Ability to work with large, complicated systems and use Nix to improve them • Experience with one or more of Rust, C++, Go, Python, or Haskell • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
