📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Angi’s shared AI Platform • Govern the model-agnostic AI Gateway, including routing, cost attribution, rate limiting, provider failover, spending caps, and stop switches • Define the evaluation engine, pass/fail quality gates, prompt versioning, rollback, and per-agent accuracy scoring • Define the trust-and-autonomy ladder governing agent independence, evidence, approvals, and rollback logic • Own production self-hosted LLM, open-weight model, and traditional ML serving infrastructure • Define and instrument platform health, cost, ROI, adoption, and business-impact metrics • Partner with product engineering, architecture, and data science teams to drive platform adoption • Manage a complex platform backlog across parallel tracks and capacity constraints • Make and communicate sequencing and trade-off decisions • Translate infrastructure investment into clear business outcomes for business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management • At least 4 years focused on infrastructure, platforms, ML/AI systems, or other technical products serving internal engineering or data-science customers • Proven track record scaling technical platforms from inception through maturity for demanding internal customers • Technical fluency across model serving and inference, API gateways/proxies, evaluation and testing frameworks, and cloud/Kubernetes infrastructure • Ability to engage engineers and data scientists on architecture trade-offs • Demonstrated ability to use telemetry and cost data, including model performance, evaluation results, adoption analytics, and spend data, to diagnose bottlenecks and drive product strategy • Preferred familiarity with LLM gateways/proxies such as LiteLLM • Preferred familiarity with evaluation and observability tooling such as Langfuse • Preferred familiarity with model serving frameworks such as KServe, SageMaker, Bedrock, and Ray • Experience with prompt management and versioning, LLM fine-tuning, or self-hosted/open-weight model serving in production • Familiarity with agent governance concepts, including guardrails, PII controls, prompt-injection protection, and autonomy/trust frameworks • Experience operating a platform across competing tracks and stakeholders • Exceptional leadership skills and a history of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
