📋 Description

• Work closely with teammates on all aspects of the AUP report creation and delivery process and coordinate this work with all internal and external parties involved • Serve as an expert in one or more AUP products: tape to file, circle ups, cashflow modeling, and payment date reporting • Assist Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors with day-to-day practice operations • Assist in training and developing junior team members to deliver best-in-class work product • Manage aspects of live deal processes, including customer communication and deliverable timing • Develop and improve workflow processes, including documenting procedures and workflows for efficient and accurate deliverables • Contribute to and understand/manage firm risk on projects and proposals • Communicate verbally and in writing with clients and all organizational levels to accomplish firm objectives • Work with Partners and Principals to educate clients about Structured Products and cross-sell with existing Aprio clients • Attend industry conferences and develop the Aprio brand

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 10+ years of experience in securitization, structured products, or asset management • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization • Ability to present complex information in a usable format to a diverse audience • Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects in a rapidly growing practice • Ability to meet tight and changing deadlines • Limited travel required, including industry conferences as needed • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong technical background with in-depth understanding of one or more asset classes: ABS, RMBS, esoteric, and similar securitized and structured products • Financial modeling experience preferred • CPA, MBA, or Master’s degree preferred
