📋 Description

• Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements for applications and systems supporting interoperability and clinical workflows. • Develop user stories, functional specifications, data models, interface control documents, and test plans; support gap analysis and workflow modeling. • Assist with system configuration, integration testing, validation, issue troubleshooting, and performance monitoring (e.g., APIs, data exchanges, EHR interfaces). • Contribute to documentation, training materials, status reports, and data-driven dashboards for stakeholders and PMO oversight. • Collaborate with architects, developers, and cross-functional teams in agile/SAFe environments to deliver enhancements and resolve incidents. • Support compliance activities, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives for application reliability and security.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Business Analysis, or related field • 5–8+ years of experience in technical systems/applications analysis, preferably in federal healthcare or VA settings (higher end for BPA1) • Proficiency with health IT standards (HL7, FHIR), EHR platforms, SQL/data tools, requirements management (Jira/ServiceNow), and analytics/visualization software • Certifications such as CSM, SAFe PO/PM, or CBAP preferred • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
