📋 Description

• Own and evolve cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, driving projects from inception to deployment • Build deep knowledge of the Java Spring Boot backend stack and partner with engineers to optimize reliability, scalability, and deployment workflows • Adopt and integrate AI tools into day-to-day workflows • Automate infrastructure provisioning and monitoring • Ensure platform quality and security through rigorous testing and documentation • Participate in code and architecture reviews • Improve developer productivity and system observability • Estimate and plan infrastructure development efforts • Deliver platform features on time and to a high standard

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience as a Platform, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineer • Strong emphasis on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation • Experience with cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure) • Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker) • Leverages AI tools and automation in everyday work • Deep focus on stability, performance, and security • Customer-centric mindset • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Openness to feedback and respect for diverse voices and talents
