📋 Description

• Lead implementations alongside the development team, focusing on delivering real impact for our customers; • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build efficient solutions, prioritizing performance, scalability, and quality; • Work side by side with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager, helping to define solutions based on trade-offs between impact, speed, and quality; • Identify and mitigate risks such as delivering solutions with low perceived value or that require more time than expected; • Promote software engineering best practices and contribute to the technical growth of the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of backend programming languages • Proficiency in algorithms and data structures • Ability to write clean, well-tested, and scalable code • Product-minded with a focus on customer experience.
