📋 Description

• Lead multiple mid- to large-size, complex Oracle Cloud Payroll engagements simultaneously • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle • Lead client workshops to gather functional requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud functionality • Align existing client processes with validated HCM Cloud methods • Identify requirement and design gaps, including inbound/outbound payroll integrations and fast formula specifications • Develop solutions to close requirement and design gaps • Configure, design, and document Oracle Cloud Payroll environments • Advise clients on options, risks, and cross-process/system impacts • Manage the module track end-to-end, including scope, client expectations, risk identification, technical object design, cross-module impacts, and test script execution • Provide expert guidance across parallel projects • Train and mentor junior associates • Collaborate with clients to assess business objectives and challenges • Recommend technology solutions and develop long-term client strategies • Coordinate with third-party vendors • Provide ongoing technical support and optimization recommendations post-implementation • Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, and innovative design • Act as a visionary leader in the Oracle Cloud space

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • 5–10 years of consulting experience or related field • Tenured track record of full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in the area of expertise • Comprehensive understanding of Payroll Processing, Garnishments, Tax Filings, and general payroll processes and procedures • Payroll expertise ideally in Oracle Cloud or EBS, with local knowledge of legislative payroll requirements and common pay practices • Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud implementation methodology • Ability to advise on data movement impacts to upstream and downstream systems • Proven ability to manage and deliver large projects • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively at senior client levels • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor others • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment • Ability to build long-lasting client relationships • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning on Oracle Cloud trends and releases • Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously • Exceptional project management skills • Industry expertise and thought leadership • Strong business development skills to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships • Ability to indirectly develop and coach junior and mid-level consultants • Prior experience in a professional services firm or relevant industry role preferred
