📋 Description

• Own assigned MSP/SP accounts as the dedicated technical Systems Engineer • Build relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders • Help partners design, package, launch, grow, and operationalize VeloCloud SD-WAN and SD-Branch managed services • Develop and deliver enablement programs for sales, marketing, operations, NOC/support, and product management teams • Integrate VeloCloud SD-Branch with OSS/BSS systems, service assurance platforms, and delivery workflows • Guide use of VeloCloud REST APIs, log and metric export, and multi-tenant orchestration • Co-sell with MSP/SP sales teams through technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops • Lead solution design, RFx technical responses, and Proofs of Concept • Collaborate on managed services using Arista campus switching, wireless, and security products • Provide MSP/SP channel feedback to Arista Product Management and Engineering • Represent Arista at industry events, MSP forums, partner-led customer events, and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• BS/CS/CE degree or equivalent technical experience • 5+ years of experience in WAN, networking, or cloud services • Experience in Service Provider or Managed Service Provider environments • Understanding of BGP, OSPF, WAN technologies, and SD-WAN • Experience with pre-sales activities, technical presentations, solution design, and Proofs of Concept • Ability to build lasting relationships across technical operations, product management, sales, and executive stakeholders • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills • Knowledge of Linux, hypervisors, cloud computing, and operational tools for logs, metrics, events, and alerting • Familiarity with REST APIs, Python, and Ansible is a plus • Understanding of MPLS VPN and Segment Routing • Experience co-developing or enabling managed service offerings is a strong plus • Network Industry Certification is a plus
