📋 Description

• Source qualified healthcare professional candidates through online and networking channels • Meet strategically with hiring managers to identify competencies and qualifications • Conduct detailed candidate interviews • Manage ongoing candidate relationships • Manage requisitions and candidate documentation to meet SLA requirements • Manage the hiring manager experience through the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle • Partner with stakeholders involved in recruitment activity • Advise hiring managers and influence talent decisions • Support clinicians through onboarding in collaboration with HR • Perform other assigned duties or projects

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals (Psych and Therapy preferred) • Experience in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews (required) • Data-driven recruitment strategy experience (metrics, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) • Strong knowledge of healthcare roles and regulatory requirements • Ability to sit for extended periods during working hours • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for using a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment • Adequate vision for reading computer screens and documents • Clear verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings and correspondence • Sufficient hearing ability for participating in phone calls or virtual meetings • Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions with reliable internet connectivity • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule • Ability to complete comprehensive background checks and drug screenings as a condition of employment
