📋 Description

• Establish and govern enterprise-wide UiPath architectural standards, development frameworks, and code review processes • Ensure scalable, high-performing automations • Lead the technical roadmap for transforming RPA solutions into advanced agentic AI workflows • Integrate workflows with enterprise security and cloud architectures • Serve as the definitive technical authority on solution designs • Resolve complex architectural challenges and eliminate technical debt across automation platforms • Design robust API integrations and reusable component libraries • Accelerate development timelines and improve cross-departmental workflow efficiency • Mentor senior automation developers and external partners • Build internal technical capabilities and promote consistent software development standards

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • 5 years of dedicated architectural experience specifically focused on designing, scaling, and governing enterprise UiPath RPA environments • Deep technical expertise in UiPath (Orchestrator, Studio, REFramework) • Hands-on experience integrating APIs with automation workflows
