• Account Executive role focused on converting banks and fintechs into long-term customers • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities • Build strong relationships with compliance, risk, legal, and operations leaders • Run discovery calls, product demos, and procurement conversations end-to-end • Partner with product and marketing to shape our messaging and value proposition • Track pipeline health, provide accurate forecasts, and manage deals in CRM • Travel to meet clients where they are and attend conferences
• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales in a closing role, preferably selling into regulated industries • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for prospecting and building relationships • Proven success closing mid-market and enterprise-level deals (ACV $75K+) • Deep understanding of consultative selling and solution-based discovery • Tech savvy and quick to learn new tools, platforms, and workflows • Highly collaborative—you work well across teams and departments • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on tasks, proposals, and client needs • “Get shit done” mentality: you don’t wait to be told, you move
