📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for a defined territory of banks, credit unions, and fintechs • Source and qualify new opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, events, and partner referrals • Build and maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted pipeline that consistently meets or exceeds quota • Run structured discovery to understand each prospect’s governance, risk, and compliance challenges • Lead compelling, tailored product demonstrations in partnership with sales engineering and customer success • Manage multi-stakeholder evaluations, proof-of-concept engagements, and sandbox provisioning • Build business cases, proposals, and pricing aligned to customer needs and budget cycles • Navigate procurement, security, and legal reviews common in regulated financial services buyers • Negotiate and close contracts while setting customers up for a successful onboarding • Ensure clean handoffs to Customer Success after the deal is won • Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and activity data in the CRM • Share market and prospect feedback with Product, Marketing, and Leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Experience carrying and consistently meeting a quota in a B2B SaaS or financial services sales role • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end to end • Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills • Comfort selling a technical or consultative product to sophisticated buyers • Ability to engage confidently with compliance, risk, operations, and executive stakeholders • Strong organizational, pipeline-management, and follow-through skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
