📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain features across the Keystone PACS platform • Work with DICOM data and imaging workflows, including storage, transfer, viewing, and reporting • Build and support integrations with imaging modalities and practice management systems • Design services with a strong focus on high availability, scalability, performance, and observability • Take end-to-end ownership of the quality, testing, and production readiness of what you build • Write clean, well-documented code and take part in code and design reviews • Build prototypes and proofs of concept to evaluate new technologies • Work with the Support team to identify and fix performance, scalability, and production issues • Collaborate with Product and Support to translate client needs into solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience • Hands-on experience with medical imaging, PACS, and the DICOM standard • Strong skills in a modern object-oriented language, such as C# / .NET or C++ • Experience with relational databases and SQL • Solid understanding of networking and client/server architecture • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote team • Experience with HL7 or healthcare integrations • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and image storage at scale • Experience with 3D rendering or advanced image viewers
