📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 5–6 open GTM roles at a time, from intake and sourcing through offer and close • Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, referrals, communities, events, and AI-assisted tools • Use modern AI tools for market research, tailored candidate messaging, and workflow optimization • Run Zoom screens assessing pipeline generation, technical fluency, and coachability • Share crisp, decision-ready candidate feedback • Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and run interview loops in Greenhouse • Manage offers end to end, including OTE and commission conversations, competing offers, and closing • Maintain accurate Greenhouse funnel data • Deliver a fast, transparent, and human candidate experience • Work closely with the GTM Recruiting Lead and hiring managers across Sales, Customer Solutions, and Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Significant experience hiring GTM roles (sales, customer success, marketing) at B2B SaaS, API, or developer-tools companies, ideally at a high-growth startup • Track record of hiring at volume (25+ GTM hires a year) across levels, from SDR to senior AE • Strong passive sourcing skills, including boolean search, creative channels, and AI tools • Curiosity about the AI landscape and a creative approach to reaching talent • Working knowledge of sales roles and compensation, including OTE, quota, and ramp • Experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and a sourcing CRM such as Juicebox • Ability to run many processes in parallel while staying organized • Clear, warm communication and ability to manage many searches at once
