📋 Description

• Identify and engage exceptional go-to-market talent during the 90-day engagement • Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and define target profiles • Build creative sourcing strategies and high-quality pipelines for critical go-to-market roles • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean techniques, web research, talent intelligence, communities, referrals, events, and unconventional sourcing channels • Craft personalized outreach connecting candidates' experience and motivations with opportunities • Use response rates, conversion data, market feedback, and pipeline quality to refine sourcing strategies • Use AI tools such as Claude, Codex, and similar platforms to accelerate research, generate search ideas, personalize outreach, and improve efficiency • Proactively identify diverse talent across backgrounds, experiences, industries, and career paths • Track sourcing activity, candidate engagement, pipeline progress, and search effectiveness • Maintain accurate candidate information and activity in Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to calibrate profiles, share market insights, and adjust sourcing strategies • Help connect Assured with exceptional candidates who may not be actively looking

🎯 Requirements

• 90-day, 1099 independent contractor engagement • Hands-on sourcing and candidate outreach experience • Ability to build creative sourcing strategies beyond obvious titles, companies, and keywords • Ability to use talent mapping, market research, communities, referrals, events, and unconventional signals • Ability to understand role requirements and define focused target profiles and sourcing plans • Ability to evaluate profiles, identify transferable experience, and recognize exceptional talent • Ability to write concise, personalized, human outreach • Ability to experiment, interpret market feedback, and adapt sourcing strategies • Willingness to use AI tools such as Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, or similar platforms thoughtfully • Clear communication and ability to partner with recruiters and hiring leaders • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby is a plus, not a requirement • Must currently reside in the US • Must address employment sponsorship for the country where the job is located
