📋 Description

• Own resolution of technical escalation tickets by investigating, reproducing, and diagnosing customer and internal-team issues • Communicate with support, product, customer success, and occasionally customers to gather context, set expectations, and report resolution status • Identify self-service engineering work, write code fixes, open pull requests, and carry fixes through review and deployment • Use AI-assisted tooling to accelerate triage and draft or review candidate code solutions • Contribute to root-cause analysis and reduce recurring escalations through code, documentation, and runbook improvements • Follow secure development practices, including least-privilege access, secrets management, and careful handling of sensitive data

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional software development experience (internships, co-ops, and substantial personal/academic projects count) • Working proficiency in Go — Python is a plus • Familiarity with relational databases and the ability to read and write SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) • Strong debugging instincts, including digging into logs, reproducing issues, and tracing problems across systems • Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude, with judgment to critically review AI-generated analysis and code • Ownership mindset: follow tickets through to resolution • Unix shell scripting • Must be able to work in the US; E-Verify participation
