📋 Description

• Consult with operations leaders to deliver the right talent at the right time • Own the candidate and manager experience from requisition approval through day-one onboarding • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for multiple requisitions • Source talent through job boards, social media, cold calling, job fairs, networking, and community organizations • Provide tactical execution, organizational skills, customer service, and ownership of candidate, interviewer, and hiring manager experiences • Deliver high-touch candidate communication, support, urgency, and customer service • Schedule screening calls, follow-ups, and onsite interviews • Manage interview logistics, including travel and accommodation booking, interview rooms, interviews, and debriefs • Conduct post-interview outreach and communicate next steps, logistics, and follow-up questions • Uphold ATS-driven logistics policies and practices • Own job postings and draft offer letters • Connect candidates with appropriate opportunities • Problem-solve open positions with hiring managers and recruiting leadership • Research and nurture sustainable candidate pools • Conduct structured candidate conversations to assess knowledge, skills, and abilities

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced retail, automotive, agency, or high-volume environment • Significant, highly productive experience, ideally in a fast-paced recruitment, retail, professional services, or customer service environment • Experience and passion for sourcing and engaging talent • Passion for learning the latest recruiting trends and techniques • Early adoption of recruiting technology and willingness to try the latest tools • Strong understanding of candidate experience and its impact on Talent Acquisition • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability • Team-player attitude and willingness to take ownership • Exceptional organizational and project management skills • Ability to multitask and switch between priority projects • Meticulous attention to detail • Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently despite frequent interruptions
