📋 Description

• Process multi-state weekly and bi-weekly payroll • Ensure timecards are submitted and reviewed prior to processing payroll • Process payroll adjustments, salary changes, bonus payments, commissions and other ad hoc payroll items • Assist employees and managers with payroll-related inquiries via phone, email or ticketing system • Collaborate with payroll team members and HR to ensure accurate payroll processing • Review tax, garnishment and deduction information for employees • Generate payroll reports as needed • Contribute to process improvement and documentation, including maintaining updated checklists and SOPs • Generate certified payroll reports through Points North and LCP tracker weekly in adherence with reporting deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years payroll experience processing multi-state payroll for 2,000+ employees • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in both team and individual settings • Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, TCR or Salesforce preferred • Experience with Certified Payroll preferred
