📋 Description

• Scope, design, and build applications and infrastructure-related components for application hosting solutions • Develop utilities, tools, data fixes, and Sage Intacct page-level customizations for internal staff and specialized internal initiatives • Communicate with internal staff, external development vendors, and customer development teams • Participate in firm-wide learning and development programs • Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy • Build intelligent, autonomous agentic solutions that streamline business processes and integrate with enterprise systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree required • Minimum of eight (8) plus years of experience developing applications in a cloud-based environment, specifically AWS • Significant hands-on experience designing and developing AI/Agent-based solutions • Experience developing agents on MCP servers on Amazon Bedrock Agent Core and integrating with LLM provider APIs • Experience optimizing AI-based solutions for token efficiency and performance • Experience integrating data between systems using APIs • Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and Claude Code • Strong understanding of AWS architecture, services, and features, specifically containers, serverless architecture, security, and networking • Experience with Python and JavaScript • Experience with PHP, NodeJS, and React is a bonus • Experience with databases including RDBMS and NoSQL is desired • Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Exceptional verbal and written communication, collaboration, and time management skills
