📋 Description

• Provide professional, outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients across varying industries • Manage daily HR and administrative functions, including state and federal compliance, policy and handbook creation, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and reporting • Coordinate manual changes and system updates with the payroll processor and maintain data integrity in the HRIS/payroll system (ADP) • Perform full-cycle recruitment services, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and reference/background checks • Work with brokers to establish group benefits plans and manage benefits administration, including open enrollment, plan design, employee questions, and invoice auditing • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries through the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox • Build relationships with clients and employees as a trusted HR resource through clear communication and timely execution of deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related studies preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree • One year of HR experience • Functional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Extensive experience using Excel and other data tools to conduct detailed analysis (preferred) • Previous experience with ATS platforms; ADP preferred • Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal colleagues and external clients at all levels within an organization • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects for multiple clients • HRCI / SHRM certification (preferred)
