📋 Description

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up • Assist with onboarding and employee documentation • Collect and validate payroll inputs such as attendance, time off, and other payroll-related information • Maintain employee records and HR databases • Assist in preparing HR reports and ensuring data accuracy • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field • 1+ year of experience in HR, recruitment, or payroll administration • Knowledge of recruitment processes and basic payroll practices • Intermediate Excel skills • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities • Experience with ATS or HR systems is a plus • Attention to detail • Ability to handle confidential information • Strong customer service mindset • Team-oriented and proactive approach
