📋 Description

• Execute onboarding workflows • Validate credentials • Document policies • Support workforce compliance processes • Support organizational readiness during internal growth, acquisitions, offboarding, and survey preparations • Maintain employee documentation • Monitor credentialing • Uphold the organization’s compliance standards • Work closely with other teams to support service and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or a related field • Minimum of two years Human Resource Generalist experience required • Experience in HR compliance, audit, and/or workforce integration preferred • HR experience within a Healthcare facility highly desired • Demonstrated ability to build consultative relationships • Must possess and maintain a critical mass of HR knowledge and functions • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment • Hands-on experience coordinating processes and tasks • Familiarity with healthcare accreditation standards (e.g., The Joint Commission, CMS, State Boards of Health) strongly preferred
