📋 Description

• Design and ship services that handle custody, transfers, issuance, and compliance workflows • Collaborate closely with product managers, compliance, and other engineers • Improve observability and codebase quality • Lead projects that enhance product metrics and developer ergonomics • Drive cross-service initiatives for API versioning and compliance-driven changes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering • Strong knowledge of Go and TypeScript/Node.js • Experience with service patterns like gRPC and REST • Familiarity with data processing technologies such as Postgres, Redis, Kafka • Understanding of AWS infrastructure, containers, and Kubernetes • Must be comfortable working in a regulated environment.
