📋 Description

• Serve as the clinical and medical device subject matter expert for product development, implementation, training, risk assessment, complaint review, and lifecycle management • Provide clinical expertise to Clinical Research, R&D, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, Legal, and Commercial teams • Support risk assessments, clinical evaluations, quality standards, and design history documentation • Evaluate clinical evidence, literature, and emerging healthcare trends • Translate customer feedback and clinical experience into product and business recommendations • Identify unmet clinical needs and develop innovative solutions with cross-functional teams • Support post-market surveillance, complaint evaluations, and benefit-risk assessments • Develop and execute Medical Affairs strategies • Collaborate on evidence-generation initiatives, investigator-initiated studies, research collaborations, registries, publications, and scientific congress programs • Interpret and disseminate clinical evidence related to product safety, effectiveness, and value • Develop and deliver scientific, clinical, and medical device training programs • Provide education on disease states, clinical workflows, product applications, and healthcare trends • Support customer-facing education, product launches, implementation programs, and controlled market introductions • Manage Medical Affairs projects, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional activities • Support planning, portfolio reviews, resource forecasting, governance, project tracking, and leadership reporting • Support budgets, forecasts, accruals, financial reporting, vendor relationships, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards • Maintain documentation and inspection-ready practices • Develop dashboards, project updates, operational metrics, leadership presentations, program summaries, budget reports, and strategic updates • Monitor project performance and use data to drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, scientific, healthcare, or related discipline • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare industries • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Experience supporting budgets, contracts, vendors, and operational processes • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require (up to 30-50%) • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Advanced clinical or scientific degree (NP, PA, MD/DO, DNP, or equivalent) preferred • Active clinical licensure in good standing preferred • Prior Medical Affairs experience in the medical device, diagnostics, digital health, or healthcare technology industry preferred • Experience supporting evidence generation, publications, investigator-sponsored research, and scientific communications preferred • Experience with financial management systems, procurement platforms, and vendor oversight preferred • PMP certification or comparable project management training preferred
