📋 Description

• Design and implement foundational DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline architecture using GitHub Actions for tenant onboarding automation • Automate tenant workspace provisioning and IaC-based onboarding workflows using Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles • Enforce code quality, dependency scanning, policy-as-code, approval gates, and full audit trails • Implement secure environment promotion across dev, test, and production • Support 24x7 CI/CD pipeline monitoring and failure remediation • Maintain the Platform Operations Runbook and IaC Baselines • Ensure provisioning pipelines meet the 10-business-day SLA to contribute to tenant satisfaction • Manage AWS cloud environments using EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, and VPC networking • Optimize platform performance and costs • Support high availability, scalability, security, and secure DevSecOps-driven operations

🎯 Requirements

• Active Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) is mandatory; candidates in process do not qualify • U.S. citizenship required • Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance • 7+ years of hands-on AWS cloud engineering experience • Expert-level Terraform for automated IaC provisioning and management • DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline design using GitHub Actions with SAST/DAST/secrets scanning • Experience with Databricks Asset Bundles for workspace deployment automation • Strong proficiency with EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, and VPC networking • Experience with blue/green and canary deployment strategies • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM/Bicep • Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs • AWS DevOps Engineer Professional or AWS Certified Developer preferred • Current or recent IRS contract experience strongly preferred • Cloud certifications, monitoring tools, microservices architecture, and automated testing/deployment strategies are nice to have • Subject to government security investigation, including criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness • Employment is contingent upon contract award and funding
