📋 Description

• Lead, coach and develop the US technical team and associated nearshore and contractor resources • Set expectations, conduct regular coaching, own career development and align individual goals with the business vision • Own delivery quality across client engagements • Set technical standards and review architectures • Ensure deployments exceed promised client value • Provide hands-on delivery support when needed, while governing and unblocking work rather than serving as the primary builder • Join sales cycles after accounts are sold to identify and close expansion opportunities • Serve as technical authority for reviewing scopes and SOWs before client delivery • Translate technical strategy into business value for enterprise stakeholders • Build SOPs, playbooks and capacity planning processes • Partner with Operations, Finance and the Global Product team on priorities and market feedback • Drive recurring-revenue expansion, delivery quality and margin, and technical-team retention

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data, cloud, analytics or AI delivery • At least 3 years leading and developing people • Proven track record managing and growing technical teams, including nearshore or contractor models • Technical fluency across cloud architecture, with GCP strongly preferred • Technical fluency in BigQuery and data warehousing • Technical fluency in modern AI/ML, including LLMs and generative AI • Ability to guide and challenge architectural decisions • Client-facing experience translating technical strategy into business value for enterprise stakeholders • Experience partnering with sales on scoping, pricing and closing technical engagements • Experience reviewing SOWs for deliverability • Strong command of data-as-a-service models and modern AI deployment practices • Exceptional communication and executive presence • Fluent English • Preferred: experience in a digital marketing agency, data consultancy or technology services firm serving enterprise clients • Preferred: GCP Professional certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise • Preferred: familiarity with AEO, GEO and enterprise AI platforms such as Gemini Enterprise • Preferred: hands-on exposure to agentic AI tooling, such as Claude Code • Preferred: background in full-stack development or MLOps • Preferred: experience across MarTech/AdTech and the Google marketing ecosystem • Preferred: comfort operating in a matrixed, global organization • No employment visa sponsorships upon hire or in the future
