📋 Description

• Develop React Native mobile applications and native iOS and Android BLE device SDKs • Design and implement UX workflows for clinical trial participants and at-home diagnostic patients • Own user experience, app performance, reliability, and observability for developed apps and features • Partner with the Devices team, Platform teams, and product designers on integrated mobile app capabilities • Help shape the roadmap and technical direction of the mobile platform • Build an in-app feature to validate EEG signal quality before data capture • Improve BLE pairing and reconnection reliability across iOS and Android • Streamline onboarding for patients and trial participants • Deploy features helping Clinical Operations track compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in mobile development, including native iOS/Android and/or React Native • Experience with BLE, sensor integration, or health data streams • Product mindset with strong attention to UX, edge cases, and performance • Familiarity with TypeScript, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Expo, and GitHub • Strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, asynchronous environment
