📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance to pre-engineering teams during data collection surveys • Lead site surveys to determine facility conditions and project requirements • Develop energy conservation strategies for retro-commissioning activities • Assist design teams with integrating energy conservation strategies into unified energy management approaches • Review RFPs for equipment and services procurement • Collaborate on project engineering according to best practices, company standards, and applicable codes • Review critical equipment and system submittals for contract and project outcome conformance • Conduct commissioning and occasional peer reviews of design documents • Advise project teams on technical and resource requirements • Assist with site visits to review construction progress and installation quality • Troubleshoot equipment and system installation/setup problems • Provide technical support to implementation teams • Assist in optimizing complex equipment and system upgrades • Identify project execution gaps and create standards/processes to address them • Support or develop tools for project execution • Solve system integration and operation problems • Promote ENFRA's brand through excellent execution and positive client experiences • Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision in a team problem-solving environment • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Technical Services employees • Complete technical reports and related documents • Develop training materials • Provide post-implementation on-site operations and maintenance training • Inform significant business decisions while executing other project assignments • Balance project constraints with required outcomes for the Technical Services organization • Perform other duties as assigned by company leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro-commissioning • Professional Mechanical Engineering (PE) license • Expert technical knowledge of the subject matter • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Customer/Client orientation • Leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor others • Ability to problem solve and analyze complex systems • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects with competing deadlines • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary • Willingness to travel 50% of the time to job sites/office locations • Ability to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and poles • Ability to remain stationary, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods • Ability to move between worksites • Ability to perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions • Ability to work in outdoor, noisy, and quiet environments • Ability to adjust and/or move objects up to 50 pounds
