📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives during sales cycles to uncover business challenges and align solutions with HR, Talent, and senior leadership priorities • Prepare demo environments showing prospective customers technical and business outcomes from Betterworks software • Deliver tailored product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution overviews • Demonstrate how technical features produce positive business outcomes • Translate HR processes such as goal setting, check-ins, feedback, reviews, calibration, succession planning, and skills management into scalable configurations • Design and manage sandbox and trial environments • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and IT standards, including supporting InfoSec and procurement reviews • Support early customer onboarding and implementation and ensure a smooth handoff from sales to services • Advise HR executives on performance-management ROI and outcomes tied to engagement, retention, and productivity • Provide technical and functional expertise during executive briefings, CAB meetings, and Innovation Days • Provide market and customer feedback to Product Management for roadmap prioritization • Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure consistent solution delivery and customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales Consulting, or Customer Success/professional services at a SaaS company • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including talent development, succession, skills, and engagement • Strong experience with enterprise SaaS operating systems and HR Tech software • Technical proficiency with SaaS integrations, including APIs, HRIS, SSO, and collaboration tools • Exceptional presentation skills for technical and business audiences, from IT leaders to CHROs • Creative and innovative approach to audience engagement • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and influencing across functions • Passion for improving employee experience and business outcomes through performance management • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a bonus • Background in consulting or enterprise HR technology is a bonus • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and GDPR is a bonus • Responsibility for adhering to information security policies and procedures • Required participation in information security awareness and training programs • Responsibility for handling data according to classification and handling guidelines • Responsibility for reporting information security incidents
