📋 Description

• Own the architecture and build-out of multi-tenant SIEM and SOAR environments for managed detection services • Design and deploy EDR tooling across customer environments using SentinelOne and CrowdStrike • Build and maintain MITRE ATT&CK-mapped detection content and tune it to reduce false positives • Develop SOAR playbooks for triage, enrichment, containment, and notification workflows • Engineer log ingestion and normalization pipelines with BindPlane across cloud, endpoint, identity, and network sources • Stand up and maintain Wiz for cloud security posture management across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure • Design and maintain secure, least-privilege customer connectivity using Tailscale • Automate deployment and configuration using infrastructure-as-code and scripting • Evaluate security tooling and make build-versus-buy recommendations • Lead technical discovery and scoping for prospective customers • Own technical customer onboarding from log integration through tuned detections and validated response workflows • Serve as escalation point and trusted advisor for customer security stakeholders • Conduct security assessments and cloud posture reviews • Present findings and prioritized remediation roadmaps to technical and executive audiences • Partner with sales on solution design, technical proposals, and statements of work • Produce reference architectures, runbooks, and documentation for SOC and delivery teams • Lead onboarding for at least one new customer within the first 90 days • Own technical SIEM/SOAR platform design and improve detection coverage and onboarding repeatability

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in security engineering, security operations, or security consulting, including hands-on SIEM ownership • Hands-on experience with at least one modern SIEM, including data onboarding, parsing, normalization, and detection authoring • Experience with Google SecOps (Chronicle), Elastic, or Coralogix preferred • Hands-on experience deploying and operating EDR/XDR platforms; SentinelOne and CrowdStrike preferred • Experience with a CSPM/CNAPP platform such as Wiz, including policy baselines and risk-based remediation workflows • Working knowledge of SOAR platforms and security workflow automation • Strong cloud security fundamentals across AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, with ability to work in at least two • Scripting and automation skills in Python, PowerShell, or equivalent • Comfort with infrastructure-as-code • Ability to communicate directly with customers through technical workshops, presentations, and escalations • Working familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, CIS Benchmarks, and SOC 2 • Prior MSSP, MSP, or consulting experience preferred • Incident response experience preferred • Multi-cloud experience across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure preferred • Experience with BindPlane, OpenTelemetry, Cribl, or similar telemetry tooling preferred • Familiarity with Tailscale or similar zero-trust/mesh networking tools preferred • Certifications such as GCIA, GCIH, GCDA, CISSP, OSCP, or cloud security specialty credentials preferred • Experience with detection-as-code and CI/CD for security content preferred • Exposure to pre-sales solutioning and SOW development preferred
