📋 Description

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors • Drive market development and identify, develop, and manage relationships with medical key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals • Prospect for and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the assigned geography, including OBGYN, MFM, and GC clinics, hospital systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers • Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly in the territory • Manage the full product sales lifecycle, including business development and lead generation • Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events • Deliver clinical information to external clients and internal teams • Influence how the test is communicated to physicians and patients and how it evolves to meet market needs • Report to the Regional Manager - Prenatal

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers in a specified geographic territory • Demonstrated successful sales track record and understanding of buyer/decision maker types • Effective selling, listening, presentation, organizational, communication, time management, interpersonal, analytical, strategic, and tactical skills • Ability to assess and respond to customer needs • Ability to assess and prioritize opportunities • Ability to close business with a sense of urgency • Ability to assess medical professionals' and staff members' needs, coordinate logistics, and solve problems • Ability to work independently in a startup environment • Working knowledge and application of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics surrounding patient privacy and information • Demonstrated values and ethics supporting BillionToOne's mission, goals, and professional code of conduct • Ability to use discretion and professionalism when handling patient and physician information and documentation • Experience in a start-up environment, women's health, clinical laboratory experience, or a convertible book of business (nice-to-haves)
