📋 Description

• Deliver robust, high-quality code within a continuous delivery environment • Work in a small, cross-functional Agile team to design and ship key features • Evolve core infrastructure • Think on your feet, learn quickly, and take ownership of well-defined problems with support from senior teammates • Participate in code reviews and provide and incorporate constructive feedback • Contribute ideas that drive continuous improvement • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver products to end-users

🎯 Requirements

• Curiosity and a growth mindset, with a passion for continuous learning • Strong Computer Science fundamentals in system design, data structures, and algorithms • Ability to execute well-defined features with increasing independence, from technical design through completion • Active participation in code review • Three (3) years of experience as a Software Engineer building and maintaining a SaaS application • Experience maintaining, building, and optimizing REST APIs • Strong background in Python development • Experience with CI/CD (e.g. Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins) and container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience working with a team of engineers and product managers in delivering a product to end-users • Responsible, team-oriented, and well-organized • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken • Experience with cloud computing environments (e.g. AWS) preferred • Experience with modern Python frameworks and technologies, such as Django, FastAPI, Flask, SQLAlchemy preferred • Experience integrating AI/ML models into production codebases preferred • Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered developer tools preferred • Familiarity with prompt engineering or LLM-based API integrations preferred
