📋 Description

• Design and implement complex, scalable, and efficient data architectures using Snowflake • Oversee development and implementation of data pipelines, ETL processes, and integration strategies • Design and implement data governance frameworks covering data quality, compliance, security, and metadata management • Engage with clients, internal technical teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Optimize data-system performance for scalability, speed, and efficiency • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues • Implement automation for data integration, monitoring, and error handling • Ensure data security policies comply with industry standards and regulations, including encryption, access controls, and data masking • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and team members

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering, with a focus on Snowflake • Deep expertise in Snowflake Data Cloud platform, including data warehousing, security features, performance tuning, and data sharing • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other relevant programming languages and frameworks used in ETL/ELT processes • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and familiarity with their data storage and integration services • Solid understanding of data governance principles and tools, including data lineage, cataloging, data security, and compliance frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA • Snowflake Certification is mandatory • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients • Ability to think strategically and solve complex technical problems in a scalable, efficient manner
