📋 Description

• Lead AI solution planning and design activities for client opportunities and engagements • Collaborate with sales, delivery, technical, and client stakeholders to understand business objectives • Screen use cases for feasibility and assess data and content readiness • Shape solution approaches for generative and agentic systems • Develop business outcome, use-case, and value mapping • Develop business cases for pilots, including the path from pilot to production • Develop solution options and frame recommendations • Document scope, assumptions, and dependencies • Address responsible AI and data governance in proposals • Support proposal narratives, presentations, and RFP responses • Provide level-of-effort estimation and delivery feasibility input • Manage solution handoff, decision traceability, and delivery continuity • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Technology and Experience Solution Consultants • Facilitate discovery planning and use-case workshops • Present client-facing stories and recommendations • Build working prototypes to validate approaches and support client decisions • Support post-handoff client engagement, account growth, and customer value realization

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience • 2+ years of hands-on experience in generative or agentic AI • Experience in solution design • Experience in discovery • Client consulting experience • Presales experience • Business analysis experience • Digital transformation experience • Proposal development experience • Solution architecture experience • Knowledge of agentic architecture • Knowledge of LLMs • Knowledge of brand visibility • Knowledge of responsible AI • Knowledge of data readiness • Account growth experience • Stakeholder alignment experience • Ability to work with sales, delivery, technical, and client stakeholders • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to travel up to 25%
