📋 Description

• Design solutions matched with each client’s specific business needs and situation • Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that drive business value • Communicate functional capabilities, industry best practices and business processes • Deliver functional documentation • Work with Technical Architects to understand and deliver data requirements • Lead business process discussions and communicate design decisions across Merchandise Operations and other applications • Model positive interaction with internal groups and act as a key contact for functional discussions • Provide oversight and mitigation for customer escalations • Develop strong customer relationships and understanding of processes, functions and integrations • Drive customer stabilization, service delivery and customer satisfaction • Provide end-to-end enterprise solution knowledge across the supply chain suite • Guide Root Cause Analysis to reduce ongoing and repeat incidents • Participate in organizational initiatives and global process improvements • Assist team members with process improvement and current situation analysis • Conduct functional analysis sessions and develop business solutions • Provide functional support including requirements gathering, documentation, solution configuration, knowledge transfer, quality assurance/design review, operations consulting, troubleshooting and system testing • Provide functional expertise on development projects • Resolve issues with appropriate parties • Communicate timely work status to Blue Yonder Management • Refine and define project functional requirements from business needs • Diagnose business and technical expectations and help estimate project timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in relevant discipline • Minimum 7+ years of experience in implementing, designing, testing of Merchandise Operations solution (or similar solution) • In-depth knowledge of merchandising software solutions and data models is REQUIRED • Knowledge of business processes in the Supply Chain Management discipline • Experience understanding and integrating data between numerous Supply Chain and Merchandising applications • Excellent computer skills with in-depth knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, Integration, Cloud, Middleware technologies and applications • SQL Plus skills with ability to drill deep into Merchandise Operations data • Basic knowledge of the Customer Support function, preferably in Supply Chain Execution/3PL
