📋 Description

• Install camera and cable infrastructure, including fibre, CAT6, and power cables around tennis courts • Safely route and optimally position equipment • Mount, secure, and configure cameras in designated locations • Assist with ancillary equipment setup and make adjustments for reliable event coverage • Troubleshoot issues during event operations • Collaborate with technical teams and event coordinators • Safely dismantle, maintain, and pack equipment after the event • Follow health and safety procedures and keep equipment, cables, and work areas hazard-free • Take direction from supervisors and work closely with operators, technicians, and event staff • Rig and operate the tennis Electronic Line Calling system in Knoxville

🎯 Requirements

• Based in or around Knoxville • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team • Ability to work in physically demanding environments and safely handle equipment • Comfortable working at heights, including on ladders and catwalks • Strong practical problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under time constraints • Flexibility to work around event schedules, including early starts, late finishes, and weekends where required • Must be available for the full event period from 4–15 November • Previous experience rigging at sports events, live broadcasts, concerts, or similar live event environments (nice to have) • Knowledge of camera rigging systems, mounting solutions, and associated hardware (nice to have) • Understanding of safe working practices related to rigging, cable management, and working at height (nice to have) • Experience handling fibre optic and network cabling installations (nice to have)
