📋 Description

• Build relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, community organizations, schools, and educational institutions • Promote awareness of BrentCare Behavioral Health's specialized mental health and addiction treatment services • Manage business-to-business relationships and connect families with support for their adolescent children • Streamline communication between families, professional referrers, and the admissions team • Implement marketing activities that generate leads and revenue through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships • Develop and implement community outreach strategies • Identify, pursue, and nurture business opportunities aligned with strategic goals • Develop outreach materials and resources, including presentations, brochures, and online content • Conduct educational presentations and workshops on mental health, addiction issues, and available services • Attend networking events, conferences, and community gatherings to represent BrentCare Behavioral Health and establish partnerships • Facilitate communication and coordinate admissions for individuals seeking treatment • Track and report outreach activities, contacts, referrals, and outcomes using the CRM system • Stay informed about trends and developments in mental health and addiction treatment • Offer emotional support and guidance to families coping with adolescent mental health and substance abuse challenges • Conduct educational sessions for families about the treatment process and coping strategies • Collaborate with therapists, counselors, medical professionals, and the admissions team • Facilitate family involvement in treatment planning and decision-making • Work with community resources and support networks to strengthen support for adolescents and their families

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field; or minimum of equivalent field experience • Previous experience working with substance and mental health related fields in a business development capacity • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Empathetic and compassionate approach to family support • Knowledge of adolescent development and mental health issues • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • Strong ability to network as well as maintaining pre-existing network • Technologically adept at utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
