📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers • Provide guidance and oversight on SAP cloud environments, technical service delivery, and landscape management • Coordinate service delivery with Client Delivery Managers, account teams, and technical operations teams • Translate complex customer requirements into actionable solutions and coordinate SAP subject matter experts • Maintain understanding of customer SAP landscapes, architecture, dependencies, integrations, and operational requirements • Plan and execute technical service delivery roadmaps, maintenance schedules, system enhancements, and lifecycle management activities • Analyze technical challenges, identify risks, and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution • Provide guidance on SAP architecture, business continuity, disaster recovery, security, compliance, networking, and cloud infrastructure • Evaluate customer security and network requirements against SAP cloud architecture and security frameworks • Lead technical and operational reviews, assess system performance, and develop issue resolution plans • Support SAP system migrations, conversions, and modernization initiatives • Advise on SAP S/4HANA architecture, migration strategies, system conversions, and enterprise integrations • Support integration scenarios involving SAP BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and other SAP solutions • Present technical recommendations, architecture considerations, and service delivery strategies • Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive communication, technical leadership, and issue management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related technical field • 4+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience • 4+ years of customer-facing SAP technical consulting experience • 4+ years of experience in solution design, enterprise architecture, or SAP implementation • 2+ years of technical project management experience supporting SAP operations or implementation initiatives • Strong understanding of SAP products, enterprise solutions, system architecture, platform dependencies, and lifecycle management • Experience supporting SAP applications and infrastructure within cloud-based environments, including SAP RISE or similar enterprise cloud offerings • Understanding of SAP system migrations, architecture planning, landscape management, and operational service delivery • Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Strong technical project management skills • Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Experience managing customer relationships, facilitating technical discussions, and resolving escalated issues in complex enterprise environments • Must be a U.S. citizen and hold only U.S. citizenship
