📋 Description

• Own product features end-to-end at the application layer • Write product requirements documents for assigned work • Make design and UX decisions • Orchestrate AI agents across delivery phases • Build, ship, and maintain features • Own feature quality in production • Work across the full Brushfire platform and understand the organizations it serves • Drive outcomes to completion using personal development and AI-agent capabilities • Collaborate through group chats, video calls, and phone calls • Contribute to architecture and implementation planning

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping user-facing product • Strong React (TypeScript) frontend skills • Solid .NET (C#) backend development skills • MSSQL proficiency, including query optimization, schema design, indexes, and execution plans • Demonstrated transformative use of AI agents in a real delivery workflow • Strong product sensibility and ability to write actionable PRDs • Ability to make sound design decisions without a designer • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment with high autonomy • Experience with GitHub or similar version control systems • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions • Fluent oral and written English communication • Concrete examples and evidence of work product and individual contribution • React Native familiarity • Firebase/Firestore experience • Auth0 or similar identity platform experience • Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Razor Views, and jQuery • Experience authoring agentic workflows, MCP integrations, or AI tooling adopted by a team • Familiarity with Shortcut, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps • MongoDB experience • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related technical field • Ability to contribute to strategic and planning sessions around architecture and implementation
