📋 Description

• Coordinate and process all aspects of payroll, including tax levies, garnishments, taxation, deductions, and special pay • Validate pay entries and conduct audits for each payroll cycle • Review audit reports to identify and correct accuracy issues before processing • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local payroll regulations • Obtain appropriate approval for escalatory actions such as off-cycle payments • Assist with off-cycle payment processing • Analyze and resolve payroll issues and payroll tickets • Serve as the first point of contact for associates, managers, and timekeepers regarding payroll questions, time, pay calculations, and deductions • Support accurate payroll reporting and analysis • Enter historical corrections into the time and attendance system • Work flexible hours to meet deadlines • Support the GBS Manila team by educating them on pay processes and reviewing pay corrections
