📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals. • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers. • Negotiate and close high-value deals, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. • Drive top-line revenue through new business opportunities and expansion strategies. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) • 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships • 3+ years of consumer product development and sourcing process experience • Understanding of technical regulations and industry standards • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex deals • Strong negotiation, and communication skills
