📋 Description

• Work as a data integration engineer on an Oracle E-Business Suite integrated project team supporting a Department of War multi-Agency program • Support Business Intelligence and data analytics needs for a federal client using Oracle E-Business Suite data through the Advana platform • Transform complex financial datasets into actionable insights and modern Qlik dashboards • Implement and maintain replication pipelines using GoldenGate and Qlik Replicate for Oracle EBS data assets • Manage data ingestion and synchronization between EBS and Advana environments • Monitor, tune, and optimize replication performance, throughput, latency, and fault tolerance • Troubleshoot replication issues and perform root-cause analysis • Build and maintain operational documentation, data flow diagrams, and configuration baselines • Collaborate with BI/reporting teams to support dashboarding, KPIs, and analytics workloads • Support federal compliance, audit readiness, and data governance requirements • Coordinate upgrades, patching, and environment migrations • Work with security/IA teams to ensure replication components comply with DoD cybersecurity and enclave requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five or more years of Oracle implementation and sustainment experience • Hands-on experience with Oracle Golden Gate and/or Qlik Replicate, including heterogeneous sources/targets and batch plus real-time modes • Strong SQL skills across Oracle and cross-platform databases • Working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) data models, financial/operational modules, or federal extensions • Experience implementing pipelines supporting BI/reporting workloads • Ability to diagnose replication failures, latency bottlenecks, and data-quality mismatches • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Able to obtain an IT-2 background investigation • Experience integrating data into Advana, including Databricks, Qlik dashboards, or related pipelines • Familiarity with DoD financial management systems or federal EBS shared-service implementations • Experience with Agile/SAFE methodologies
