📋 Description

• Build full-stack applications used daily by admissions, course design, financial aid, and student success teams • Develop conversational workflows, copilots, dashboards, and operational automation systems • Build custom software that replaces manual processes and legacy systems with purpose-built tools for specific teams • Work directly with internal teams to understand workflows and rapidly ship improvements • Prototype new ideas quickly using modern AI tooling and coding agents • Experiment constantly with new workflows, interfaces, and operational tooling patterns • Contribute across the stack — frontend, backend, AI workflows, and infrastructure • Help define how a modern engineering team uses AI to build and ship products faster

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of software engineering experience • You’re a strong full-stack engineer who enjoys building end-to-end products • You regularly use tools like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, subagents, superpowers, custom MCPs and skills, and you have been reinventing your development process multiple times in the past 6 months. • You’re highly product-minded and enjoy solving real operational problems • You move quickly and are comfortable working in ambiguous environments • You care about shipping useful software and iterating based on feedback • You enjoy working closely with users and learning their workflows deeply • You’re curious about how AI changes software development itself • You’re excited by ownership, autonomy, and fast iteration cycles
